Answers

Q. When does a new week start for Once-A-Week Passes?
A.

Sunday is the beginning of a new week for Once-A-Week Passes. You could come on a Saturday and then again the next day (Sunday) for two times in one weekend, however you would not be able to return again until the following Sunday.

Q. Why is the club price showing in the eCommerce cart not correct?
A.

You must properly enter your Promo Code to receive the price assigned to your Club. Most likely you have not entered it correctly (wrong code?) and then you must select the ADD button.  Additionally, you might be purchasing from the wrong Category. Please make sure you passes are from the Club Category and not the Season Pass Category.

Q. I'm in a School Club. Can I only come when our bus does?
A.

Club Members can come anytime their pass allows (Everyday or One-A-Week) no matter if traveling with their Club on a bus or self-transporting even if on a different day. Club Pass access starts opening day and continues until the end of the season. No holiday or weekend restrictions.

Q. How many people does it take to start a Seasonal Club?
A.

Clubs must have a minimum of 30 people and new Clubs must have 75% new Snow Trails Passholders. Clubs are a great way to receive a discount off regular Club Pass prices.  Contact Us to start your Club today!

Q. What are the Season Pass options for Clubs?
A.

There are three types of Club Passes including a Once-A-Week Season Pass for Students and Non-Students and an Everyday Season Pass for all ages. Within these Pass types there are options that may include Season Long Equipment Rentals and Group Lessons.

Q. How do passes with lessons work?
A.

Several passes offer Group Lessons for those 9 years and older. Group Lessons are available depending on ability at the times listed on the lessons page (see link here) and additional times are added such as when large school clubs arrive by bus.

Q. When can I pickup my Club Pass?
A.

Passes are available for pickup starting the weekend of our annual Swap Meet (see calendar for details) and during business hours after that. Beat the opening day rush! Most kids that transport on buses will get their Club Pass on their first visit(s) as we hold all of them for the Club Advisor to pass out that day.  Please check with your Club Advisor if you are unsure.

Q. Do you have instructions on how to purchase a Club Pass?
A.

It's a very straight forward process but there are a couple unique questions to make sure you pass is associated with the correct club. See the following screencast for an example purchase for a buyer who already had created an account. Visit: http://www.snowtrails.com/club-example

Q. We have a Once-A-Week pass. If we miss a week can we do 2 days next week?
A.

Nope,  if you don't use it you lose it! The only way to guarantee this type of flexility is to purchase an Everyday Pass.

Q. I need a Once-A-Week Pass and my bus day is sold out. Can I pick another day?
A.

No you cannot. Only so many passes or sets of rental equipment are available on a certain day and time frame. When they sell out we cannot permit additional passes to be sold. If you pick another date it will not match your Club Code and our team will have to refund your purchase. Although we understand you may have reserved a seat on a bus it doesn't guarantee a pass at Snow Trails.

Q. Do I have to make a reservation to come?
A.

No. Passholders have the benefit of showing up when they want w/o making a reservation within limitation of their pass.

Q. How do I upload a photo?
A.

Your e-receipt includes information concerning uploading photos as well as waivers but you can also use the following link here, visit: www.snowtrails.com/pass-photo

Q. Where do I sign a waiver?
A.

Waivers are signed during the purchase process but you may have gotten and email stating you could not sign a waiver. This can occur for many reasons including creating the buyer account in the Childs name (children cannot sign their own waivers) or you had other adults in your order who you cannot sign for. You can check the status of your waivers at time by logging into your My Account. You can also sign a quick waiver here, visit: www.snowtrails.com/pass-agreement. Please allow 48 hours for to process them manually and update your records on site.

Q. Where's my pass?
A.

At Guest Services waiting to be picked up! If you don't have your waiver and photo on file you'll be required todo both of those when you arrive.
