Terms & Conditions for Season Passes

SEASON PASS REFUND OPTION POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Refund Option is for those who may want their money back (no credit).
Subject to the refund calculation, Snow Trails will refund based on the following conditions:
The Refund Option must be Added-On to your initial Season Pass purchase.

One Refund Option product is required for each unique Season Pass purchased for that pass to qualify for the Pass Refund Option.
The Refund Option commences with the purchase of a Season Pass and selection of the Pass Refund Option.
Notification of non use should be given to Snow Trails ASAP for maximum credit.
All refunds are final.
The Pass Refund Option price is non-refundable under any circumstances and excludes Add-On Options.

Once a Pass is picked up a prorated value will be determined one of two ways including:

Gold Passes: 10% of the Value will be deducted for each week starting Kick-Off Weekend. (usually 2nd weekend in December).
Other Pass: All non-Gold Season Pass refunds will be based on the number of times a scanable pass has been used multiplied by the All Day Peak Day lift ticket rate.

Refund requests will not be accepted after March 31st of each season.

All refunds are final and subject to Snow Trails discretion and approval.

CREDIT  WITHOUT SEASON PASS REFUND OPTION
A person may receive a credit (no refund) for their Season Pass if unable to ski/ride due to medical/relocation reasons.  
For those passes not picked up 10% of the value will be ducted each week starting Kick Off Weekend (usually 2nd weekend of December) until that value is at $0 by the end of February.
For those who picked up their Season Pass a credit will be based on the number of times a scannable pass has been used multiplied by the All Day Peak Day lift ticket rate and then the 10% per week policy is applied on top of that so that by the end of February the value is $0.
All refunds are final and subject to Snow Trails discretion and approval.

Terms & Conditions for Daily Tubing Tickets

  • Refunds: No refunds will be issues for reservations made online. There are NO REFUNDS and NO CREDIT given to those who contact us after their booking. Credit is given based on the fact we hope to resell your reservation as bookings are limited. 
  • Transfers: Reservations may be transferred to another person prior to your arrival. Please contact us at [email protected] to make arrangements.
  • Changes to Reservation Date: Transfers to another date are possible when availability exists and we have been given 24 hour notice prior to your reservation date and time to release your reservation to other guests. Please make all schedule requests: www.snowtrails.com/change  It can only be rescheduled to available sessions.  
  • Resale: Tickets may not be purchased and resold by a business, club or group (for profit or non-profit) without express written consent. Personal transactions are permitted at or below face value. 
  • Weather:Snowtubing will continue during poor weather conditions including rain, snow, very cold and unseasonably warm temperatures. Please visit www.snowtrails.com prior to your arrival to confirm we are open.
  • Temporary Closing: In the event of a delay due to lightening credit (Gift/Value Card) will be issued for sessions impacted by the temporary closing. We cannot move sessions back as this will impact those with later bookings.
  • Discounts: No discounts can be applied for online purchases. Those wanting Group Discounts must contact Guest Services at [email protected] to make arrangements. Times and dates are very limited for Group Discount consideration.  Other discounts maybe be applied at the window based on availability.
  • Cancelations: If Snow Trails has to close the facility for any reason refunds can be issued. For large scale cancelations and events all reservation for a given day or weekend may be automatically refunded as our team cannot accommodate a larger amount of booking change requests to new dates. 
  • Waiver: Acceptance of an online waiver as well as signed printed waiver is required for each participant. A link to a downloadable waiver will be provided in your email purchase confirmation.
  • Groups:Groups can buy online up to 15 tickets for any sessions at full price. There are no discounts for groups during public hours.  Groups may not return unused tickets nor will any special accommodations be made for those requiring more ticket reservations.

  • Refunds: No refunds will be issues for purchases made online.
  • Transfers: Reservations may be transferred to another person prior to your arrival. Please contact Guest Services at [email protected] to make arrangements.
  • Changes to Reservation Date: Transfers to another date are possible when availability exists and we have been given 48 hour notice prior to your arrival date and time to release your reservation to other guests. Please contact Guest Services at  [email protected] to make arrangements or www.snowtrails.com/change.  It can only be rescheduled to dates with availability. 
  • Resale: Tickets may not be purchased and resold by a business, club or group (for profit or non-profit) without express written consent. Personal transactions are permitted at or below face value.
