Reservation Change/Credit Request

 Snow Trails offers guests the opportunity to receive credit for an eligible Reservation in the form of a redeemable Electronic Voucher (eVoucher).

Requests for eVoucher credit should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled Reservation date and time. This advance notice allows Snow Trails the opportunity to make the released Tickets available to other guests. Many Snow Trails products sell out during peak periods, including weekends and holidays.

Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled Reservation, or after the Reservation date and time have passed, are not guaranteed and may be denied by management based on Ticket demand and availability.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, the applicable eVoucher(s) will be assigned to the guest’s eStore account and notification will be sent when they are available.

eVouchers are valid for 400 days from the date they are assigned.
