QUESTIONS? CONTACT US

Frequently Asked Questions: OHio Ski Resort Season Passes

Q1: What types of Season Passes does Snow Trails offer?

A: We offer several Pass types including Gold Passes (direct-to-lift access), Standard Passes, Senior Passes, School Club Passes, and Home School Passes. Options include Everyday access or Once-A-Week access, including options with or without Equipment Rentals.

Q2: Do Season Passholders need to make a Booking in advance?

A: No, Season Passholders do not need to make Advanced Bookings. During Operating Hours you can proceed directly to the slopes with a wearable Gold Pass or redeem any other Season Pass at a Ticket Counter for a Daily Lift Ticket required to be worn and visible while skiing or snowboarding, without booking ahead.

Q3: When do Once-A-Week Season Passes become Everyday Season Passes?

A: All Once-A-Week Season Passes become Everyday Season Passes starting the Sunday after Presidents Day. This means you can visit every day until the end of the season at no additional cost. This includes Equipment Rentals, if they were included on your OAW Pass.

Q4: What is a Gold Pass and how is it different?

A: Gold Passes provide direct-to-lift access, meaning you don't need to obtain a Daily Lift Ticket each visit. Simply wear your Pass visibly while skiing and snowboarding and using the lifts.

Q5: When can I pick up my Season Pass?

A: Season Passes are available for pickup at Guest Services starting from Ski Swap Weekend (usually the first weekend in November). We recommend picking up early to avoid opening day crowds and to get your Pass Photo taken in advance and submitted through your eStore account.
