Answers
We classify School Clubs as schools that travel by bus on an assigned day. So although you might be in a club with your school you might not be an official School Club if there is no bus involved and these Q&A may not apply to your needs.
Sunday is the beginning of a new week for Once-A-Week Passes. You could come on a Saturday and then again the next day (Sunday) for two times in one weekend, however you would not be able to return again until the following Sunday.
You must properly enter your Promo Code to receive the price assigned to your Club. Most likely you have not entered it correctly (wrong code?) and then you must select the ADD button. Additionally, you might be purchasing from the wrong Category. Please check your Price Sheet given to you buy your Club Advisor/Leader to make sure you are buying from the correct Category for your needs.
Once-A-Week School Club Passes can come no matter if traveling with their Club on a bus or self-transporting even if on a different day. School Club Pass access starts the day after New Years Day and continues until the end of the season. No holiday or weekend restrictions.
Select School Passes offer an option with Group Lesson for those 9 years and older. Group Lessons are available depending on ability at the times listed on the lessons page (see link here) and additional times are added such as when large school clubs arrive by bus.
Most School Club Passes are given to the advisors who pass them out on the buses first visit. Check with your Advisor for details if you are unsure.
Nope, if you don't use it you lose it! You may come once per week starting anew each Sunday.
No. Passholders have the benefit of showing up when they want w/o making a reservation within limitation of their pass.

For ages 6-18 years old who is part of a School Club and transports by bus, your Passes is valid beginning after New Year's Day through the End of the Season. Most School Clubs make 5 to 6 trips. You may self-transport any day (once per week) including weekends, if for any reason there is a week you were not able to come on the bus on your established day and to continue weekly use of your Pass after bus transportation has ended through the End of the Season.
The Refund Option is for those who may want their money back (no credit) for unused or partially used Season Passes. Subject to the refund calculation, Snow Trails will refund based on the following conditions:
The Refund Option must be Added-On to your initial Season Pass purchase.
One Refund Option product is required for each unique Season Pass purchased for that pass to qualify for the Pass Refund Option.
The Refund Option commences with the purchase of a Season Pass and selection of the Pass Refund Option.
Notification of non use should be given to Snow Trails ASAP for maximum credit.
The Pass Refund Option price is non-refundable under any circumstances and excludes Add-On Options. Once-A-Week School Club Passes will be credited based on the number of times a scannable pass has been used multiplied by the All Day Peak Day lift ticket rate. Refund requests will not be accepted after March 31st of each season. All refunds are final and subject to Snow Trails discretion and approval.
It's a very straight forward process but there are a couple unique questions to make sure you pass is associated with the correct club. See the following screencast for an example purchase for a buyer who already had created an account. Visit: http://www.snowtrails.com/club-example
Waivers are signed during the purchase process but you may have gotten and email stating you could not sign a waiver. This can occur for many reasons including creating the buyer account in the Childs name (children cannot sign their own waivers) or you had other adults in your order who you cannot sign for. You can check the status of your waivers at time by logging into your My Account. You can also sign a quick waiver here, visit: www.snowtrails.com/pass-agreement. Please allow 48 hours for to process them manually and update your records on site.
