    Cooler nighttime temps have already set-in, kids are back to school, and Fall activities are in full-swing. This is when the anticipation begins to build for us all! We are looking forward to the coming Winter Season with you! The weather forecasters are starting to kick around the idea of colder and drier - we’ll take it - considering we will provide the moisture needed for snowmaking just as long as we have cooler temps we are good to go! Generally snowmaking begins anytime around Thanksgiving if temps permit. Please stay with us this Pre-Season and keep an eye on our Calendar to join us for Events leading-up to our 65th Season of 2025-’26.

Skiing and Boarding FUN at Snow Trails Today!

How good does it feel to know you will be skiing and boarding today!!!!???? We really wish the weather wouldn't have taken a toll on our snowmaking yield, but "it is what it is"...we are going to have FUN no matter what, beginning at 4PM today, on Mt. Mansfield Slope and Bunny Slope! We will make snow whenever the temperatures drop to 27 degrees fahrenheit and 60% relative humidity! Though it is not ideal, this may mean you will be skiing-it-up while snowmaking is in full swing tonight and throughout the weekend. It all depends how cold it gets, how quickly it gets there, and how long it stays. Forecast for tonight is looking good in the low 20's, for the Possum Run Valley and Snow Trails!
