 HOW IT WORKS

  • Reservations are required and need to be placed online by 6:00PM the day before. Walk-ins are not accepted.
  • Pricing is for each unique visit. Equipment included.
  • Check in at the Children's Center for all needs including Area Lift Ticket and Equipment Rentals.
  • We offer Morning or Afternoon Sessions of your choice. See our Online Reservation System for details.
  • The Children's Program includes a Lift Ticket, Ski or Snowboard Equipment Rental, Helmet Rental, and Instruction/Supervision as well as a mid-session snack.
  • Pre-Check-In Opens 30 minutes prior to Program start time and Slopes opening. Staff will be available at the counter of the Children's Learning Center to inform parents how the check-in process will work.
  • A paperless waiver and check-in system will be utilized for speedy drop offs.
  • On-the-snow lesson times may vary according to snow conditions and weather. Space is limited, as child/instructor ratio is kept low for best experiences.
  • All Children's Program Sessions end at a designated time, but the day does not have to end for you and your youngster. Your child's Lift Ticket is valid for the entire day and may continue to be used, along with rental equipment, until the Slopes close for the day.
  • The Polar Cub and Polar Bear Program welcomes Cubs 4 to 5 year olds and Bears 6 to 9 year olds. Although Cubs & Bears are in the same session, we separate age groups on snow. Students are required to be potty trained and mature enough to follow instructions.

NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. All schedule requests must be given 24 hours in advance of your arrival date and time. See SnowTrails.com/change for details and to make such requests.

A: Our Children's Programs serve ages 4-9. We have two groups: Polar Cubs (ages 4-5) and Polar Bears (ages 6-9). While they're in the same session, we separate them on the hill, because different age groups have different learning styles.

Q2: What is included in the Children's Program?

A: The all-inclusive program includes Lift Ticket, Ski or Snowboard Equipment Rental, Helmet Rental, instruction/supervision, and a mid-session snack. Everything your child needs for a fun day on the snow is provided.

Q3: What are the Children's Program requirements?

A: Children must be potty trained and mature enough to follow instructions. Sessions are available Friday mornings, Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons, and Peak Days.

Q4: Do I need to make a reservation for Children's Programs?

A: Yes, Bookings are required in advance online for Children's Programs. Space is limited to maintain low student-to-instructor ratios. Booking as far in advance as possible is important, as sessions fill-up fast, especially on weekends and holidays.

Q5: What time should I arrive for check-in?

A: Check-in opens 30 minutes before the Program Session start time. Staff will guide you through the process at the Children's Learning Center entrance. A paperless waiver and check-in system allows for speedy drop-offs.
