Hours for Private Tubing Park Rental are on Non-Peak Days

Monday through Wednesday 10AM-9:30PM
Thursday 10AM-3:30PM

For a Private Park Rental, gather a group of your friends, relatives or coworkers and decide on a time and date for your party in the "Off Hours" for the Snow Trails Tubing Park. Evening sessions will include Glow Tubing!

Please fill out the Reservation Form below and Snow Trails will contact you with any additional questions.
A $300.00 deposit is required. Upon complete of this Reservation we will send you a link for line payment.
The balance is due the night of the event. Deposits are non-refundable unless we can rebook your date.

Would you like the Snack Bar (located inside the Tubing Lodge) to be open? Includes pop, coffee, hot cocoa, candy, bagged snacks, nachos and a few baked items. Minimum guests required. There is no fee if we approve the request. *

Arrival:

Upon arrival, you will go directly to the Tubing Park located at the east end of our resort. Your group should be instructed to meet at the tubing area by a specified time if arriving in separate vehicles. Your Reservation Number will be on record in our computer under the name of your group.

Payment:

One person should make the payment for the entire group. The Group Leader should go first and give their name and the Group Reservation Name. Final payment can then be made with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.

Deposits are non-refundable unless we can rebook the event.

Waivers:

You should have a signature of acceptance from everyone in the group and from the guardian for every minor. Please save time by distributing to your guests before you arrive when possible. A waiver can be downloaded here.
