2023-24 Registration Form for Returning Seasonal Clubs
Thank you for your interest in bringing your Club back to Snow Trails for another exciting season. Registration for clubs continues to be an online process. Please take a moment to fill out the required information below, which will go directly to our Guest Services Team who will review your information and let you know if we have any questions for you.
Once we have processed your Club Registration, we’ll be sending your Seasonal Club Price Sheet which will include your Club ID, Promo Code, and discounted Pass options. This sheet will also include a video link on “How to Purchase.” Your Pricing Sheet will also be customized with your contact information for sharing with Club Members. As the Club Leader, you are required to be the primary contact for your Club Members via email and phone, for Club product, pricing, and procedural questions.
Your Club is classified as a Seasonal Club. Your Club may contain adults, students, families, co-workers, friends, and students who do NOT transport by bus. We do not expect Seasonal Clubs to transport together or require your Club to come on the same day. Your Club Members can purchase at their leisure, but you are responsible for their primary source of information related to your Club.
Please note your estimate of Club Members is not a guarantee of Passes available for your club. There are limited quantities available, in different categories available, on a first-come basis, and we expect them to sell out again this season, as they did in mid-December the last few seasons.
Seasonal Clubs receive 20% Off our Standard Passes, which include Once-A-Week and Everyday Passes, and include equipment rental options. Products will be visible in our eCommerce store by September 1st but cannot be purchased until Sept 14th when all passes go on sale.
Club Leaders will continue to receive perks that include an Everyday Season Pass for every 15 passes sold within the club. A report of your club roster can be requested at any time by inquiring to guestservices@snowtrails.com. Please include your Club ID (not your club’s name) in the subject of all roster requests.
August 28th: Online registration form for Seasonal Clubs emailed to Club Leaders.
September 1st: Products visible on eCommerce but cannot be purchased yet.
September 14th: Club Price sheets sent to Club Leaders & Passes available for purchase.
December 1st: 20% Discount for Seasonal Club Passes ends
NOTE: Season Passes did sell out the last two season around mid to late December.
