Tubing FAQ
Outdoor activities such as Snow Tubing naturally make social distancing easier. When social distancing is not possible face coverings are required in the Tubing Park. Snow Trails is abiding by all State and County COVID-19 mandates to ensure a safe and fun winter experience.
- What is new about Tubing this season?
Seating has been reduced in the Lodge and a wait list for access to seating and snacks is being developed. Additional seating has been created for outdoor needs and we'll be offering additional outdoor food options with grilling and snacks available on most weekends. - What are you doing on the hill?
Tubing is an activity that naturally allows for physical distancing. From riding down to taking the carpet to the top of the hill, the size of snow tubes keep distance between guests for a safe and enjoyable time. Staff will be helping with spacing and maintaining of crowds during peak times as well. - Are you limiting Tubes?
Tubes are always limited for each 2 hour session. There are no plans at this time to reduce the number of available tubes and reservations, with proper procedures already in place. Tubing Tickets are required to be purchased online. Please see our traditional Tubing FAQ on how and when to purchase your reserved time slot. - Are you disinfecting tubes?
There are no plans to disinfect tubes, with guests being required to wear face coverings when 6ft physical distancing is not able to be maintained and wearing gloves is common during winter months. - Is linking tubes permitted?
Only family members or those you are around on a regular basis should link tubes together to slide-down and no more than 10 linked as snow conditions permit. Photo of linking here.
