Rental Center FAQ
Face coverings are required for all indoor facilities. Snow Trails is abiding by all State and County COVID-19 mandates to ensure a safe and full season of winter fun for you.
- Are you limiting people in the Rental Center?
Yes, the number of guests in the building at one time will be limited. Access to dressing rooms and bathrooms will be limited as well. Staff will be posted at the entrance to assist and answer questions.
- Will there be a flow to reduce congestion?
We will be implementing plans to best accommodate the flow of guests through the Rental Center to limit contact with other guests.
- How will you manage the flow?
We will have additional Team Members throughout the Rental Center to help guests check-in, provide assistance, and speed-up service to get you out on the slopes in a timely fashion.
- How are you prepping Rental Equipment for the next guest?
We have a cleaning plan for all equipment after use, which includes sanitizing boots, skis, snowboards, poles, and helmets.
- What if I'm not sure about the size of equipment I need?
We will have extra Team Members assisting guests with fitting boots to minimizing the need to try on multiple sizes. Rest assured, we will sanitize all boots for the next guest.
- What should I do with Rental Boots I tried on that didn't fit or I'm finished using for the day?
Rental Boots are to be left on the floor under the benches - please do not put back on rack - to allow our Team Members to round them up for sanitizing prior to the next use.
- What else are you doing new this season?
Daily Lift Tickets, Lessons, and Beginner's Packages, to include Ski and Snowboard Equipment, plus Helmet Rentals will all be available for booking online this Season. Our goal is to improve your speed of service, minimize time in the Rental Center, and reduce contact points.
