Snow Surface Conditions: Packed Powder, Groomed.
 Notes:  The snow conditions are amazing! Rustler Jump Line has been rebuilt with 3 jumps. The Woods Terrain Park has 15 Features and a Jump, 10 Features and a Jump in Alpine, for 30 total features out here!

Lodge FAQ

Face coverings are required for all indoor facilities. Snow Trails is abiding by all State and County COVID-19 mandates to ensure a safe and full season of winter fun for you. 

  • Will you be offering food and beverage options at Snow Trails this Season?
    Yes we will. The Last Run Bar & Deli, Lucky's Grab&Go  as well as the Loft Bar will be open and operating under guidance and mandate of State and County health agencies.
  • What is different in the Lodge this year?
    In the Lodge we will be operating with a focus on physical distancing, disinfecting, and active management of guest experiences. All this according to guest needs, to ensure your Snow Trails experience meets our highest standards in these unique times. We'll be utilizing a table reservation system for all seating on the 2nd floor with a focus on those dining with us, consuming food and beverages from our Bars and Restaurants. Face Coverings are required at all times in the Lodge unless guests are actively dining or drinking.
  • Will you have Additional Indoor Seating to accommodate more guests despite limited capacity due to physical distancing requirements?
    We have constructed a heavy duty Tent structure adjacent to our main Ski Lodge for additional seating. Bars will be open, however seating will be limited in accordance with current mandates requiring all guests to be seated to eat or drink.
  • Can you tell me more about this tent?
    Since physical distancing requires us to reduce the number of tables and seats available in our Ski Lodge, we need to provide additional seating for Lucky's Grab & Go Cafeteria, others who bringing their own food, as well as those who just need a place to sit, yet are not planning to dine with us. The Tent facility will be heated, with ample lighting and outlets to provide our DIY food guests with power to keep crockpots warm. We are pretty excited to have this additional seating available, especially during Peak Days and peak times.
  • Do you offer any other outdoor seating options?
    We have invested in additional outdoor seating area on our Plaza, between the Ski Lodge and Ski Patrol, with additional picnic tables and propane patio heaters. Also, infrared heaters have been installed above our Ski Lodge deck, which also offers bench seating, tables and Adirondack chairs for you.
  • Anything I need to know about private or public lockers?
    Business as usual in the world of lockers... they will be available, but we do ask guests to abide by social distancing guidelines and to give people personal space. Masks must be worn inside at all times, even in the Private Locker Rooms. Time in Lockers Rooms needs to be limited to as long as it takes to get ready to ski or leave for home. Please keep socializing to a minimum in locker rooms to best accommodate all.
  • What is Snow Trails doing about cleaning?
    We will reduce touch-points whenever possible. In touch-point areas, please rest assured we'll be keeping things clean and disinfected with planned cleanings during business hours, as well as routine disinfecting regimens after-hours. We are working with our suppliers who also work closely with schools and government agencies to implement effective and sensible solutions.
  • Will Guest Services be open so I can get my photo taken and get my pass?
    Of course! We'll be implementing processes that keep guests and staff safe, so you'll still be able to get your photo taken and as always you can email us your photo. Please note Season Passes cannot be mailed and must be picked-up on-site. To reduce long lines on Opening Days and weekends please make arrangements to pick-up passes during business hours after Friday, November 13th.
