Waivers & Forms

A release waiver must be signed for all participants of snowtubing, skiing and snowboarding at Snow Trails. You can save your group time by downloading and completing the required waiver(s) prior to arrival.

• Ski/Board waivers are not available for download at this time. We are happy to mail you the forms for groups with reservations. Please contact us and let us know how many you require.
