NOTE: If you are installing the Active-X Control for the first time, and using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or 7, you will most likely need to "accept" the control request as stated in a colored bar at the top of your browser.
Cams may take 2- 20 seconds to load on screen, after selection, depending on system and network speeds, and if correct software is installed. You may be asked to install the AXIS Active-X control or java applet. If so, select "yes" on any on-screen prompts. There are many steps to take while using Internet Explorer. Make sure to read the instructions in each step.
