We do not have a signed Passholder Waiver Agreement for a Season Pass under your name (and email). Although there is an opportunity to sign one during the purchase process it can be denied for several reasons. We require a unique waiver for EACH person you had a Season Pass for on your order.
Please note this is manual process and takes our team 48+ hours to process. Waivers signed immediately before Season Pass pickup will not be complete and one will need signed on site.
